This year the Belgraders and their guests won't be facing a dilemma how to spend the 'craziest night in the year' - we have taken care that New Year's eve is crazier than ever. Under the coordination of the City Council of Belgrade, the BELEF Centre and the Belgrade Culture Network have prepared an exciting New Year's programme rich with events. The city manifestation, designed with all generations in mind, was adequately named Overheating below Zero. It is only natural then that the organizers' motto for this year is PUT YOUR SMILE ON AND GET OUT ON THE STREET! The design of the campaign was developed by the SVA marketing agency.

The city celebration of New Year's Eve is the only manifestation intended for general public. Because of its universal character, this manifestation is very important for Belgrade and its citizens.
